Quality Policy

MoMa Logitech has a commitment to quality and excellence in all its activities. Our goal is the fulfillment of the requirements of our Clients and thir full satisfaction, providing solutions adapted to their needs at all times.

We are committed to the continuous improvement of our processes, activities and human resources, focusing our efforts on meeting the expectations of our Clients and obtaining the full satisfaction of te people that make up the Company.

The Quality Policy of MoMa Logitech is based on the application of the necessary means to serve with full satisfaction the commitments assumed with our Clients, in the activities related to LOGISTICS AND TECHNOLOGICAL TRANSPORT in optimal conditions.

We try to reduce the number of incidents and improve the effectiveness of the Quality System, complying the applicable legal regulations and applicable regulations.

The main generic objecives that derive from the Quality Policy of MoMa Logitech are:

• Perfection and improvement of processes, using the necessary resources.
• Accomplish with the specifications and requirements of the services we provide to our clients, always choosing the best solution.
• Minimize incidents and customer complaints.
• Achieve a máximum level of satisfaction of our customers.

There is a Quality Manager, who is the guarantor of the application of the Policy and to ensure compliance of the staff in their respective responsibilities. This policy is understood, applied and maintained up to date by all levels or the Organization of the Company, and revised for its continuous adaptation.

Regarding the environment, MOMA LOGITECH SL, expresses its commitment to the Environment, based on the premise of absolute RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT in the development of all its activities. To carry this out, it attends not only to the needs of the present, but also anticipates, as far as possible, those that the environment and society as a whole will require of the Industry in the future.

The policy has the following purposes:

• Minimize the waste we generate and take advantage of it, to the extent possible.
• Adopt cleaner technologies and continuous improvement practices in environmental management.
• Improving environmental behavior and minimizing our impact.
• Optimize the consumption of natural resources and raw materials.
• Contamination prevention.

We are committed to complying with the applicable Legislation and pertinent Regulations, both in terms of quality and the environment, as well as the requirements prescribed by our organization. Likewise, we are committed to preventing contamination, especially with the control of consumption.

Our intention is to have the appropriate environmental training for our employees so that they are responsible with their environmental actions. Re-use, recycle and whenever possible minimize the amount of waste generated, will be the hallmarks of the company with the environmental commitment

We accept a model of continuous improvement of our processes, convinced that it is the ideal formula for the development of a correct management of our company. It will be focused on the significant aspects of our services and will be carried out through periodically renewed environmental action plans. In addition, and to the extent possible, updating the cutting-edge techniques required by the transport and logistics sector, in order to try to develop them and put them into operation.

Our intention is to provide employees with a safe and healthy workplace, increase energy efficiency using cleaner forms of consumption, prevent, mitigate, correct and compensate for environmental impacts on the population and ecosystems.

The company’s Management is aware that the ultimate responsibility is in obtaining quality and environmental objectives, and in this sense undertakes to provide all the human, technical and economic means necessary to achieve them. Likewise, it expects from all its employees the maximum dedication in the development of the Management System.
